Due to the outbreak of the novel Corona virus (COVID-19), Prosperity Mansion & Farm is taking appropriate precautions for couple and their guests. Prosperity Mansion is excited for your big day but we want everyone safe. We are at a 50% capacity, which for us is 100 guests inside the tent. We are also allowed to have an additional 100 guests outside the tent. That means they may be on the lawn or you may rent an additional tent for them in-case it rains or to provide shade.
There are only 100 allowed in the tent at any one time. That includes dancing, mingling and waiting to eat. If a buffet is being provided make sure arrangements are made for the caterer to take food into the second tent to serve that group of people. You may also consider a small tent just for the bar and food.
Safety Measures:
Hand sanitize stations at each entrance and exit.
Hand sanitize will be available in the suites.
Added Safety signs on the property(Ex. Social distancing)
We advise all of your guests to bring and wear a face mask when they are in close proximity to others especially while dancing. We suggest that you supply face mask for those guests that may forget.
You may purchase color coded wrist bands that will send a message to your guests about each others comfort level regarding social distancing. Such as a RED wrist band can means that the people wearing that do not want anyone without a mask to approach them and to remain 6 ft. + away when talking.
Guests table will be spaced apart with a maximum of six chairs at each table unless the governor issues a new executive order. Currently we are at 50% capacity in the tent per the governor’s orders. We own 21 round tables and one sweetheart table (seating for 2). If your seating exceeds 21 tables please remember to order extras.
We will sanitize the door knobs of the restroom trailer and inside the unit. That will be done several times throughout the evening. We will also have sanitizing spray inside each restroom with a sign that asks guests to please spray the toilet seat and urinal after each usage. Hand sanitize will be in each unit too.
We ask that the couple communicate to all the guests to not attend the wedding ceremony and reception if they have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
Each couple will decide if they want their guests to wear face masks. It is recommended for gatherings of groups. We do suggest that while people are up dancing that they should wear a mask at your wedding. Trying to maintain a 6 ft. distance while dancing may be difficult so at least have them wear a mask!

We are all in the middle of an unrepresented situation. Weddings and receptions are being held and thoroughly enjoyed. We realize that some couples may not choose to have over the 100 guests and we not only support that but feel its smart to consider the safety of others. You may always have a huge party for your anniversary. Your wedding is about the vows of love and starting a life together. We will never know what life has in store for us but I believe its how we choose to handle things that will determine the quality of who we are as individuals.
