Prosperity Mansion & Farm offers various levels of weddings to suit all budgets:
1) Full day, DREAM weddings- From 20- 200 guests and 8-10-12 hours in duration
2) Small weddings / Micro weddings- Up to 50 guests and 5 hours.
3) Courthouse weddings / Elopements/ Intimate weddings- From 2-30 guests and 1-2 hours.
4) Vow Renewals From 2-200 guest and from 1-12 hours.
Included in our DREAM weddings:
• The 40 X 80 Ft tent with sky lights on a patio
• 60” round tables that seat 8 (200 guests)
• White folding chairs (200)
• High Top Cocktail tables
• Jack Daniel Whiskey Barrels for Cocktail Food area
• One event per day (for full weddings)
• Edison lights in the ceiling of the tent.

• Twinkle lights all around the tent sides
• Complimentary use of Prosperity Mansion Wedding Cottage for dressing and lounging until it’s time for your event. The wedding cottage is open ALL day for the bridal party only.
• Eight and a half foot tall, 250-year-old doors from Egypt. Located in the gardens for the bride to enter through on her way to the wedding arbor.

• Brick pathway to enter the 250-year-old doors from Egypt at the ceremony site with gardens
• A new 30 x 20 ft brick patio outside of the tent with antique looking streetlights and park benches, flanked by gardens
• A new butterfly garden with sculptures and flowering plants, flanked by butterfly benches and picnic seating. A great spot to watch the sheep and cows grazing
• A new breath-taking patio in the formal gardens with an infinity water fountain, antique style working fireplace, retaining wall with seating, benches, street lights and gardens. A true must see
• Bridal Suite for the entire day

Note:
You may hire your own vendors or select from our “Preferred” list. You may also BYOB. We do have a local liquor store that will deliver anything that you want the morning of your wedding, in coolers, iced up and ready to go. They will return after your event and take back anything that is unopened and refund you the balance.
