Being an outdoor / garden wedding venue in Maryland, we allow you and your guests to spread out across our 19+ acres of lush meadows with breath taking views. Barns might sound less expensive but they typically have add-ons that can increase the price. Even though we're a lot better for your budget, that doesn't mean we cut any corners. Our prices include such things as a restroom trailer, free standing handicapped unit, tables, chairs, and more.

One of the biggest headaches with wedding venues tends to be the parking. We've streamlined the parking process to make it as stress-free as possible at Prosperity Mansion & Farm. We have plenty of space for guest parking, a separate place for the bridal party to park when they arrive, and parking attendants at every wedding. They personally welcome your guests, help them easily find a parking spot and give them information about where to go and where everything is located.
